城市轨道交通服务需求体系分析与应用

Analysis and Application of Urban Rail Transit Service Demand System

应用马斯洛需求理论、行为科学等理论,分析了城市轨道交通利益相关者的服务需求,并对这些服务需求中的矛盾和冲突进行了分析与整合,建立了城市轨道交通服务需求体系。该服务需求体系在乌鲁木齐城市轨道交通1号线前期工作中得到了成功应用。结果表明,这种服务体系符合我国城市实际,可供其他城市的轨道交通发展借鉴。

In this paper, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the behavior science theory are applied to analyze the service demands of urban rail transit stakeholders, the contradiction and conflict in the service demands are analyzed and integrated, so as to establish a service demand system of urban rail transit. The successful application of the service demand system in the preliminary works of Urumqi urban rail Line 1 indicates that this service system is in line with the practical conditions of Chinese cities and can be taken as reference for rail transit development in other cities.
