摘要
以250km/h城际动车组使用的空压机组为研究对象,介绍了空压机组设计的条件和各零部件的参数选择。按照城际动车组车下设备布置要求,采用模块化设计方法设计了空压机组的结构。通过试验验证了空压机组的充风性能,给出了在动车组上实际应用情况。
Aiming at the air compressor of 250 km/h intercity electric multiple unit(EMU),the design conditions for air compressor and the selection of component parameters are introduced. According to the requirements of equipment arrangement under the intercity EMU vehicle, the modular design method is used to design the structure of air compressor. Experiment has verified the air filling performance of the designed air compressor, and the application of the air compressor to intercity EMU is presented.
