基于城市轨道交通建筑信息模型施工应用平台的接触网深化设计技术要点 被引量:6

摘要 城市轨道交通接触网安装方式繁多,且其尺寸以及零部件相对位置各不相同,为保证施工精度及施工工艺,建立三维模型进行预安装是行之有效的手段。为有利工程建设,接触网BIM(建筑信息模型)施工应用平台提出了基于模型的功能应用、数据管理、模块服务、数据存储等各层服务关系和数据交互关系。深化设计平台的数字化加工、基础孔洞以及预留功能可保证零部件加工精度和施工定位精度,利用虚拟漫游和碰撞检测功能进行可视化安装施工预演,提前感知,尽可能最大限度地避免返工,对施工实践具有指导意义。 Urban rail transit overhead contact system(OCS) has many installation methods, each has different size and relative position of components. In order to ensure the construction precision and technology, one of the effective means is to establish a three-dimensional model for the pre-installation. To promote engineering construction, the construction BIM application platform requires service and data interaction relations at all layers based on the platform functional application, data management, module service, data storage and so on. The detailed design of digital processing, functional foundation holes and reservation can ensure the accuracy of parts processing and construction positioning. Virtual ramble and collision detection can provide a visual preview of installation construction, perceive the installation in advance, avoid reworks as much as possible, therefore have instructional significance for construction practice.
