摘要
目的探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)非透析患者血清肾胺酶水平与左心室肥厚(LVH)的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定62例CKD非透析患者(A组)及17例健康人(B组)的血清肾胺酶水平,分析其与左心室心肌重量指数(LVMI)的相关性。根据肾小球滤过率(eGFR)水平,A组分为A1(eGFR>59ml·min^-1·1.73m^-2,24例)、A2(30ml·min^-1·1.73^-2≤eGFR≤59ml·ml^-1·1.73 m^-2,14例)和A3(eGFR<30ml·min^-1·1.73m^-2,24例)三组。LVH标准:女性LVMI>110g/m^2,男性LVMI>115g/m^2。结果A组血清肾胺酶水平高于B组[(69.72±35.74)μg/ml vs.(31.00±6.56)μg/ml](P<0.01)。A3组血清肾胺酶高于A1组[(97.54±33.17)μg/ml vs.(46.74±22.59)μg/ml](P<0.01)。A组血清肾胺酶水平与eGFR呈负相关(r=-0.655,P<0.01),与LVMI呈正相关(r=0.361,P<0.01)。A组LVH患者的肾胺酶水平高于无LVH患者[90.32(56.55,106.61)μg/ml vs.52.58(37.10,71.51)μg/ml](P<0.01)。结论CKD非透析患者肾胺酶水平与eGFR和LVMI密切相关。LVH的CKD非透析患者血清肾胺酶明显升高,可望作为评估CKD非透析患者LVH的标志物之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum renalase levels and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)in non-dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).MethodsSerum renalase levels were measured by ELISA in 62 CKD non-dialysis patients(group A)and 17 healthy people(group B).The relationship between serum renalase levels and the left ventricular mass index(LVMI)was analyzed.According to the level of eGFR,group A was subdivided into three groups of A1(eGFR>59 ml·min^-1·1.73 m^-2,24 cases),A2(30 ml·min^-1·1.73^-2≤eGFR≤59 ml·ml^-1·1.73 m^-2,14 cases)and A3(eGFR<30 ml·min^-1·1.73 m^-2,24 cases).LVH standards were LVMI>110 g/m^2 for female and LVMI 115>g/m^2 for male.Results Serum level of renalase in group A was higher than that in group B[(69.72±35.74)μg/ml vs.(31.00±6.56)μg/ml](P<0.01).Serum renalase in group A3 was higher than that in group A1[(97.54±33.17)μg/ml vs.(46.74±22.59)μg/ml](P<0.01).The level of serum renalase in group A was negatively correlated with that of eGFR(r=-0.655,P<0.01)and positively correlated with LVMI(r=0.361,P<0.01).Serum level of renalase in group A was higher in the patients with LVH than that in those without LVH[90.32(56.55,106.61)μg/ml vs.52.58(37.10,71.51)μg/ml](P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of renalase in non-dialysis patients with CKD is closely related to eGFR and LVMI.Serum renalase level in non-dialysis patients with CKD is significantly increased,which is expected to be one of the markers for evaluating LVH in non-dialysis patients with CKD.
