摘要
为了掌握T梁跨中横隔板对梁底应变分布的影响,提高T梁静载试验检测结果的准确性,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立了有横隔板和无横隔板的T梁模型,分析横隔板对梁底应变分布的影响,得到横隔板对梁底应变的影响范围为横隔板宽度的2倍,影响量为6.5%。此外,选取了9片40mT梁进行静载试验,将理论分析结果和试验测试结果进行对比分析,试验得到的横隔板影响范围与理论分析结果存在较大偏差,试验得到的横隔板影响量也大于理论分析结果。对T梁应变测点的布置提出了建议。
In order to grasp the influence of diaphragm on the strain distribution at the bottom of T-beam and improve the accuracy of the static load test results of T-beam,a T-beam model with diaphragm and another without diaphragm have been established by using ANSYS finite element software,and the influence of diaphragm on the strain distribution at the bottom of beam has been analyzed.It has been found that the influence of diaphragm on the strain distribution at the bottom of beam is twice the width of diaphragm,and the influence quantity is 6.5%.Furthermore,nine 40m T-beams have been selected for static load test,and the theoretical analysis results have been compared with the test results.The influence scope of the diaphragm obtained by the test is quite different from that of the theoretical analysis,and the influence quantity of the diaphragm obtained by the test is larger than that of the theoretical analysis.Suggestions on the layout of strain key points have been offered.
