挤扩支盘桩盘体质量检测技术 被引量:2

摘要 对于深厚软土地质条件,与常规等截面桩基相比,桥梁挤扩支盘桩可缩短桩长,降低工后沉降,具有显著的承载性能优势,但支盘结构的混凝土完整性检测技术尚不成熟,已经成为该技术大范围推广的约束条件。依托潮汕环线高速公路项目,选取典型挤扩支盘桩基础,对其支盘体混凝土进行井径仪盘腔检测、抽芯检测、热异常检测以及声波透射法综合检测技术对比分析。结果表明:上述桩基完整性检测技术理论均可行,但各有相应的优缺点和局限性,建议应选择多种方法对同一桩基进行检测,保证工程质量及安全。 Being compared with the conventional pile foundation,the pile with expanded branches and plates of bridge can shorten the pile length and reduce the settlement after construction under the same geological conditions of deep soft soil,which represent significant bearing capacity advantages.However,the concrete integrity testing technology of branch-plate structure is not yet mature,which has become a constraint condition for the wide spread of this technology.Relying on the project of Chaoshan Loop Line Expressway,in this paper,typical pile with branches and plates foundation has been chosen,comparative research on pile diameter detection,borehole coring,thermal anomaly detection and cross hole sonic logging comprehensive detection technology for branch-plate concrete have been carried out.The results have shown that the theory of pile integrity testing technology is feasible,but each has its own advantages,disadvantages and limitations.It is suggested that a variety of methods should be selected to test the same pile foundation to ensure the quality and safety of the project.
