摘要 预制装配化技术将桥梁工程由传统的现浇工法走向建造工业化及绿色化,缩短施工工期,降低交通冲击,减少环境干扰,降低工程造价,提升安全质量,成为桥梁建设的发展趋势。预制装配化桥梁技术要求达到标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工、信息化管理,迈向桥梁建设工业化。目前预制装配技术在桥梁工程中的应用,已由上部结构部分预制装配,向全桥构件全预制装配化发展,预制节段连接方式为关键技术,并导入BIM技术信息化管理。介绍了预制装配化桥梁技术在上下部结构、附属结构、路基之发展及BIM信息化应用,并以实际案例作为应用参考。 The technologies of prefabricated bridges with large-scale factory production and site assembling have changed conventional cast-in-situ bridge engineering to industrialization and environmental friendly construction.The development trend for building bridges is to shorten construction time,minimize traffic and environmental impacts,reduce construction cost and improve safety and quality.The requirement is to meet standardized design,factory production,site fabrication,information management and building industrialization.Current technologies have been developed from partial prefabrication of bridge superstructure to fully prefabrication of entire elements of bridges.The connection of precast segments is a key technology.In this paper,technologies of prefabricated bridges on superstructure,substructure,ancillary works,earthwork have been mainly introduced,as well as BIM application,with practical project cases being provided as a reference for application.
