滩涂区变截面钢混结合梁滑移安装施工

摘要 舟山市富翅门大桥岑港侧主航道桥边跨变截面钢混结合梁大部分位于响礁门水域滩涂区,无法选用桥面吊机对称悬臂吊装,采用变截面钢混结合梁支架滑移安装施工工艺。通过对滑移支架设计、液压同步移梁技术、钢主梁转换落梁和现浇混凝土桥面板等重难点问题进行分析,总结施工经验,可为类似钢混结合梁施工提供借鉴。 The variable-cross section steel-concrete composite beam in Cengang side span of the Fuchimen Bridge crossing the main channel in Zhoushan has been mostly located in the tidal-flat area of the Xiangjiaomen channel,so symmetric lifting using bridge deck cranes has become impossible.Therefore,the construction technique of sliding installation on the falsework has been chosen.And several difficulties during the construction have been analyzed in this paper,including the design of the sliding falsework,hydraulic synchronous beam shifting technology,steel girder beam lowering technology,and construction technology of cast-in-place concrete bridge deck.Some practical construction experience has also been summed up,which might serve as a reference for similar constructions in the future.
