摘要 路面平整度、抗滑性能是表征路面服务性能的重要指标。基于南沙大桥桥面铺装实体工程,首先采用高精度断面仪对钢桥面沥青铺装层的平整度进行测试与评价,并建立了国际平整度指标IRI与连续平整度仪测试的σ的相关关系;然后采用激光纹理仪对铺装的构造进行测试,采用统计学方法对数据进行分析,基于灰度图对沥青路面施工的离析状况进行了分析。测试结果反馈施工质量控制,达到质量动态控制管理的目的。 Pavement smoothness and skid resistance are important indicators of pavement service performance.Being based on the actual project of Nansha Bridge deck pavement,in this paper,firstly the smoothness of asphalt pavement on steel bridge deck has been tested and evaluated with high-precision cross-section meter,and the correlation between the international smoothness index IRI and the test of continuous smoothness meter has been established;secondly,the pavement structure has been tested with laser texture meter,and statistical method has been adopted to analyze the data based on gray level,with which the segregation status of asphalt pavement construction has been analyzed,and the test results have been feedback to the construction quality control,so as to achieve the goal of dynamic quality control and management.
