云茂高速公路装配式涵洞施工及成效

Analysis on Construction Technology and effectiveness of Fabricated Culvert in Yunmao Expressway

结合云茂高速公路在广东省首次推广应用装配式涵洞的经验,介绍了装配式涵洞的施工工艺,重点分析了云茂高速公路装配式涵洞施工中遇到的问题及改进措施,并从施工效率、工程造价、实体质量及安全管控等方面对装配式涵洞与传统涵洞进行了对比分析。实践表明,装配式涵洞在工期、实体指标、质量安全管理等方面具有突出优势,规模化生产时经济效益潜力较大。研究成果可为装配式涵洞的推广应用提供参考。

Being combined with application of fabricated culverts at Yunmao Expressway in Guangdong Province,the construction process of fabricated culverts has been introduced,the problems encountered in the construction of the assembled culverts of Yunmao Expressway and the improvement measures have been analyzed,and systematic comparative analysis between assembled culverts and traditional culverts has been carried out in terms of construction efficiency,project cost,physical quality and safety control.The results have shown that the assembled culvert has outstanding advantages in construction period,physical index and quality safety management,and the economic benefit potential in large-scale production is huge.The research results could provide reference for the promotion and application of assembled culverts in the future.
