摘要 基于香港的一项重要土木基础建设工程项目:大埔公路(沙田段)道路扩阔及加建隔音屏障工程,剖析该项目所面对的难点与挑战,介绍多种创新技术的优势,并对相关创新技术在该项目中的融合及应用进行了阐述与分析。在该项目中,通过高级数据采集技术以低成本、高效率的方式获取项目区域及其周边环境的数据,辅助前期设计;使用建筑信息模型(Building Information Modelling,“BIM”)技术辅助详细设计,便捷高效地进行多个设计方案比对,增强多方人员跨专业协同合作,使用碰撞检测等功能,在施工前发现问题并及时改进;加入时间参数,创建4DBIM,帮助项目人员在施工前清晰了解施工安排与进度。此外,该项目利用沉浸式技术,基于BIM模型创建虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,“VR”)场景,让项目人员及公众身临其境地感受工程项目,并进行交互式体验。 In this paper,being based on a significant civil infrastructure project in Hong Kong:Road Widening and Retrofitting Noise Barriers on Tai Po Road(Sha Tin Section),difficulties and challenges faced by the project team have been evaluated and advantages of various innovative technologies have been introduced.The integration and application of related innovative technologies in the project have been elaborated and analyzed.During this project,advanced data acquisition technology has been utilized to capture data of the project area and its surrounding environment to further assist the conceptual design in a low-cost and high-efficiency manner;Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has been adopted to ease the design and construction.Multiple design intent could be easily achieved and intuitively compared through BIM,which could enhance the cooperation of multi-disciplinary stakeholders.By running functions like clash detection,conflicts and problems could be easily perceived and modified in an earlier stage.In addition,4D BIM can be created to simulate the construction sequence.Furthermore,immersive technology has been applied to create a virtual reality(VR)scenario based on the BIM models,which allows project stakeholders and the public to experience the civil infrastructure project interactively.
