摘要
目的分析磁共振(MR)对超声难以诊断性质的少见胎儿异常疾病的诊断价值。方法采用回顾性研究,收集2016年1月至2018年12月在丽水市中心医院就诊的45例相对复杂少见胎儿异常疾病的临床资料。因超声检查难以诊断疾病性质而行MR检查,以明确疾病性质,并与产后临床诊断结果进行对照分析。结果在45例胎儿中,共检出胎儿中枢神经系统异常:Galen静脉瘤2例,脑出血6例,胼胝体发育不良17例;中枢神经系统外异常:先天性无肾3例,脊膜膨出2例,胎儿肠梗阻5例,先天性胆总管囊肿1例,胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤2例,骶尾部畸胎瘤2例,隔离肺2例,唇腭裂3例。结论 MR对超声难以诊断性质的少见胎儿异常疾病具有重要的诊断价值,因此可作为超声产前胎儿检查的重要延伸和补充。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance(MR) in rare fetal diseases which are difficult to be diagnosed normally by ultrasound.Methods A retrospective study was conducted by collecting clinical data of 45 cases of relatively complex fetal diseases in our hospital within the range of time from January 2016 to December 2018.MR examination was performed to clarify the nature of the disease because ultrasound could not identify the nature of the disease,and the results were compared with those of postpartum clinical diagnosis.Results Among the 45 fetuses,there were 2 cases of Galen venous aneurysms,6 cases of cerebral hemorrhage,17 cases of callosal dysplasia,3 cases of congenital absence of kidney,2 cases of meningocele,5 cases of fetal intestinal obstruction,1 case of congenital choledochal cyst,2 cases of hydrocystic lymphangioma,2 cases of teratoma,2 cases of isolated lung and 3 cases of cleft lip and palate.Conclusion MR has important diagnostic value for the diagnosis of rare abnormal fetal diseases which normally can not be determined by ultrasound,so it can be used as an important extension and supplement of prenatal fetal ultrasound examination.
