摘要
随着信息化时代的到来,BIM技术开始逐步应用到建筑设计中,解决了诸多复杂的设计难题。相比传统的建筑设计方式,BIM在简化设计流程、提高效率和质量、节约成本等方面具有明显的优势。文章在概述BIM理论上,结合国内典型BIM工程实践案例分析其对建筑设计产生的重要影响,探讨BIM在建筑设计中推广应用面临的主要障碍,为BIM在我国建筑设计领域更广泛和深入的发展提供参考。
With the advent of the information age, BIM technology has been applied to the architectural design gradually to solve lots of complex design problems. Compared to the traditional architectural design, BIM has prominent advantages in simplifying the design process, improving efficiency and quality, and cost savings. Based on the overview of BIM theory, this paper analyzes the important influence of BIM on architectural design combining China’s typical BIM engineering practices and discusses the main obstacles to BIM in the popularization and application of architectural design. It provides the reference for BIM more extensive and in-depth development in China’s architectural design fi eld.
