肾脏囊性病变是临床上常见的一类疾病,如何正确鉴别肾脏囊性病变的良恶性和进一步临床管理是对泌尿外科医师的重大考验。Bosniak分级系统的提出与应用,成为了泌尿外科医师正确处理复杂性肾脏囊性病变的得力帮手。随着影像学技术的更新发展,Bosniak分级系统的应用领域也不断扩大。本文就复杂性肾脏囊性病变基于不同影像学Bosniak分级系统的表征和术前诊断性穿刺等技术,如何提高术前诊断肾脏囊性病变良恶性的正确率及后期的临床干预做一概述。

Renal cystic lesions are very common type of clinical diseases.How to correctly identify the benign and malignant renal cystic lesions and its related further clinical managements are major tests for urologists.The introduction and application of the Bosniak classification system has undoubtedly assisted urologists in the proper treatment of complex renal cystic lesions.With the update and development of the imaging technology,the application field of the Bosniak classification system has also expanded.This paper gives an overview of how to improve the accuracy rate of preoperative diagnosis of benign and malignant renal cystic lesions,and the later clinical intervention based on the characterization of different radiographic Bosniak classification and medical tests like fine needle aspiration of preoperative diagnosis.
