摘要
为解决某型现代有轨电车送风系统局部无风的工程实际问题,提出送风系统优化方案。为考虑更改的可实施性、可验证性及成本,通过在风道内加设导流挡板的方式,改善送风装置内的气流组织,以解决客室内局部无风问题。为了确定导流档板的尺寸及加设位置,采用计算流体动力学仿真计算方法,在4种导流挡板布置方案中选择风量均匀性最好的方案,并进行试验验证,以保证客室送风的总风量及送风均匀性,然后确定了最终改造方案。
The air supply system of a tram is studied in this paper,aiming to solve the practical engineering problem of local air-free for the air supply system.Considering the feasibility,verifiability and cost of the improvement scheme,guide plate is installed inside the air duct to improve the air contribution and solve the local air-free problem in the carriage.In order to select the proper size and the installation position of guide plate,CFD(computational fluid dynamics)simulation method is used,four layout schemes are compared and the selected one is verified through test to ensure the total air flow and the uniformity of air supply in the carriage.On this basis,the final transformation scheme is determined.
