摘要
现代有轨电车因其节能环保、建设和运营费用低等优点逐渐成为城市公共交通发展中的重要制式之一,而乘客满意度是评价现代有轨电车服务水平的主要指标。通过问卷调查采集并统计分析淮安有轨电车1号线乘客满意度数据,结果显示乘客对于淮安有轨电车的满意度较高,尤其是候车时间、票价、准点率、舒适性等方面,并认为有轨电车提升了城市形象,但希望进一步减小发车间隔、提升旅行速度。
Due to the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, low construction and operation cost, modern tram is becoming one of the most important modes in the development of urban public transport system. Passenger satisfaction is a main index to evaluate the service level of modern tram. Through a questionnaire survey, passenger satisfaction data of Huai’an tram Line 1 are collected and statistically analyzed. The result shows that passenger satisfaction on Huai ’an tram is relatively high, especially in terms of waiting time,fare, punctuality and comfort level. It is generally believed that the modern tram has improved the city image, but the departure interval and trip speed should be further promoted.
