摘要
以上海市松江区辰塔路车辆基地为例,阐述了现代有轨电车车辆基地综合开发的基本条件。从正线衔接、工艺流线、站场布置、环境影响、交通换乘、功能分区、综合开发及工程造价等方面,对现代有轨电车车辆基地的高架方案和地面方案进行比较,两种方案各有利弊。应结合现代有轨电车车辆的运用维保需求,根据周边规划情况、相关工程结合程度、工程建设进度和投资条件,经多方面比较后再慎重选择车辆基地的综合开发方案,既要保证现代有轨电车车辆基地本身的建设与使用,同时也要兼顾选址用地的高效利用。
Based on Chenta Road depot in Shanghai, the basic conditions of tram depot integrated development are elaborated.The elevated plan and ground plan of modern tram depot are compared from aspects of linkage between lines, process flow,layout of depot, environmental impact, traffic transfer, functional partition, comprehensive development and construction cost.According to the requirements of vehicle operation and maintenance, a comprehensive development plan of modern tram is carefully selected, which integrates the surrounding planning,combination degree of related projects, project construction process and investment conditions, therefore is able to guarantee the construction and land use of modern tram, at the same time take the effective use of site selection land into account.
