河北涿鹿故城遗址2号战国墓发掘简报

The Excavation of Burial M2 of the Warring-States Period in the Zhuolu Ancient City Site, Hebei

涿鹿故城遗址位于河北省涿鹿县矾山镇三堡村北,地处涿鹿县矾山盆地中,海拔高度约为733米。遗址东北角地理坐标为东经115°24′18.4″、北纬40°13′32.3″。该城址现存部分平面近梯形,残存夯筑城墙高3~5米,最大长度约500米。南、西、北三面城墙保存相对完整,东城墙部分被轩辕湖冲毁。遗址内地表可见大量陶片,多夹砂陶和泥质陶,多为红色、黑色和灰色,可辨器形包括鼎、鬲、豆、盆等。石杵、斧、凿及陶纺轮等工具也有发现。对该城址的勘探结果表明,城址内保存有灰坑、井和疑似道路等遗迹(图一;图二)。

In July 2017,School of Archaeology of Jilin University and Cultural Heritage Bureau of Zhuolu County jointly conducted archaeological survey and trial excavation to the Zhuolu Ancient City Site located in Zhuolu County,Hebei.During the survey,two spoiled burials(numbered as M1 and M2)were found and recovered in the middle slightly to the north of the site.Of these two burials,M2 yielded rich grave goods,including large amounts of bronzes,pottery wares,jades and stone objects,plus some bone objects.This burial was an earthen shaft pit burial;its size was not large,but its special grave structure and grave goods assemblages of sets of bronze vessels and chariot and horse fittings hinted the rather high social status of the burial occupant.Referring to the scientific dating result and comprehensive analyses to the burial structure and grave goods,this burial is estimated to be that of an aristocrat of the Yan State in the early or mid Warring-States Period.
