白及粗多糖功效研究

Study on the Efficacy of BletiUastriataand Crude Polysaccharides

指出了白及作为一种传统的中药材,药用价值高,用药广泛,化学成分复杂,药理活性多样,具有良好的开发价值。利用四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病小鼠模型,研究了白及多糖的降血糖功效。通过连续给小鼠灌胃白及多糖18 d后,可以在一定程度上改善糖尿病小鼠的状态,缓解多饮多食多尿及消瘦等症状,降低小鼠血糖。试验过程中主要测定了糖尿病小鼠的血糖值、体质指数、负重游泳时间、免疫器官湿重等各项指标。结果表明:白及多糖能够保护小鼠免疫器官,增加小鼠脾脏和胸腺的湿重,延长小鼠负重游泳的时间,白及多糖具有抗疲劳功效和增强机体免疫力的功效。

As a traditional Chinese medicinal material,BletiUastriata has high medicinal value,extensive use of drugs,complex chemical composition,diverse pharmacological activities with good development value.The hypoglycemic effect of white and polysaccharide was studied in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.After continuous administration of stomach white and polysaccharide for 18 days,the mental state of diabetic mice could be improved to a certain extent;the symptoms of excessive drinking and eating polyuria and emaciation could be alleviated;and the blood sugar level could be reduced.Blood glucose,body mass index,swimming time and wet weight of immune organs were measured in diabetic mice.The results showed that the polysaccharide could protect the immune organs of mice,increase the wet weight of spleen and thymus of mice,prolong the swimming time of mice bearing weight.And the polysaccharide had the function of anti-fatigue and enhancing immunity.
