Design of Feedwater System for EMU and Analysis of Pipe Material for Its Components

摘要 指出了动车组给水系统是动车组设计的重要组成部分,关系到动车组乘客的饮水安全问题,同时动车组的饮用水为热水供应,水箱、管道、阀门、配件、密封件材质的选择关系到对水质指标的影响,动车组的饮用水供应必须满足生活饮用水的卫生标准。基于目前文献资料,综述了动车组的给水系统设计的依据及要求,并分析了各管材对动车组饮用水的影响,为保证给水系统水质,提出了结合动车运行实际需要分析研究的主要问题。 The water supply system of EMU is an important part of the design of high-speed EMU,which is related to the safety of drinking water for passengers of EMU.At the same time,the drinking water of high-speed EMU is supplied by hot water.The material selection of water tank,pipeline,valve,fittings and seal is related to the influence of water quality index.The drinking water supply of high-speed EMU needs to meet the hygienic standard of drinking water.This paper elaborates the basis and requirements of water supply system design for high-speed EMUs,and analyses the influence of various pipes on the drinking water of EMUs.In order to ensure the water quality of the water supply system,the main problems of the analysis of the actual needs of the EMU are proposed.
