摘要
通过强度与刚度分析,在建立茶叶滚筒杀青机机架的力学结构模型基础上,对茶叶滚筒杀青机机架进行了拓扑优化设计。修改模型设计域和非设计域,进行了有限元拓扑迭代计算。根据原机架的工况和优化目标对模型设定了材料参数、载荷与约束、响应条件、设计目标,获得了滚筒茶叶杀青机机架轻量化设计方案。使用结果显示:优化后应力分布更加均匀,且质量由原先的280.5kg下降到228.7kg,减重18.5%。
In is paper,after building up the mechanical structure model of the tea cylinder water-removing machine rack and analyzing its strength and stiffness,the original rack was improved by the method of topology optimization.The design space and non-design space is modified and EFM topographic iterative calculationis introduced.The materialfrictions,loads,constrains,responses and design objectare set according to the operating requirement and optimizing aim.On this basis,the lightweight design of the tea cylinder water-removing machine rack is obtained.The result shows that after the optimization,the stress distribution is more uniform,and the mass decreases from 280.7kg to 228.7kg,and the weight loss is 18.5%.
