低碳经济的缘起与特征研究

指出了在经济社会的不断向前发展的同时,各领域的碳排放量也随之增加,全球的气候变化问题也越来越不容忽视。气候的异常变化可能在未来会引起许多灾难性的问题,不论是对于各个国家的发展,还是对人类自身健康的影响,都是一个不可忽视的大问题。低碳经济逐渐成为手中应对全球气候变化问题的利刃也是在这个背景下开始的。对低碳经济的缘起与特征进行了探究,研究结果显示:全球变暖对于中国甚至世界各国来说确实为一个严峻的挑战,低碳经济具有阶段性、新兴性、全球性、动态性、协同发展性特征,因此要实行减少温室气体排放和增加碳汇的低碳经济措施,以提升当前人们对低碳经济的更深刻理解,使碳排放量不断减少,使中国低碳经济更好地向前发展。

With the continuous development of economy and society, carbon emissions in various fields are also increasing, making the global climate change problem more and more serious. Abnormal climate change may cause many catastrophic problems in the future whether for the development of various countries or the impact on human health.It is a big problem that cannot be ignored. In this context, low-carbon economy has become an effective way for people to cope with global climate change. Through the research on the origin and characteristics of low-carbon economy, the results show that global warming is indeed a serious challenge for China and even the world. Low-carbon economy has the characteristics of stage, emerging, global, dynamic and coordinated development. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon sinks. Low-carbon economic measures areto enhance the current people’s deeper understanding of low-carbon economy, reduce carbon emissions, and accelerate the better development of China’s low-carbon economy.
