老年人养老方式多样化选择及其发展趋势

Diversified Choices and Development Trends of Old-Age Care for the Elderly

指出了老年人的养老问题一直是近年来社会关注的热点问题,老年人这一特殊群体在整个社会的发展过程中起着至关重要的作用,所以老年人的养老问题是社会保障事业完善的重要内容。近年来,随着我国人口老龄化形势严峻,老年人养老方式呈现多元化、社会化的发展趋势。基于这一背景,针对老年人养老方式的选择问题进行了研究,通过资料分析等方式,对我国老年人的养老方式现状进行了调查,分析了传统家庭养老存在的问题、新型养老方式出现的原因以及养老方式多样化的原因,为老年人养老方式的选择提出了合理化建议。

Elderly care has been a hot issue of social concern in recent years.The elderly,a special group,plays a crucial role in the development of the whole society,so the elderly care is an important part of the improvement of social security.In recent years,with the aging of the population in China,the way of providing for the aged presents a trend of diversification and socialization.In this paper,based on this background,aiming at the choice of the ways of the elderly pension problems are studied.Through data analysis and so on,a survey on the current situation of the old-age care mode of the elderly in Chinas is conducted to analyze and study the problems existing in the traditional family endowment,new endowment way cause and the cause of the diversity of pension,which gives the rationalization suggestion for the choice of the ways of old-age.
