基于全生命周期法的快递封装用品绿色评价实例研究

Study on the Green Assessment of Package for Express Delivery Based on Life Cycle Assessment

指出了快递封装用品在快递业及电商业占有重要位置。以快递封装用品(快递包装箱及包装袋)为研究对象,对其进行了绿色评价实例研究。基于全生命周期的理念,采用层次分析法建立了快递封装用品绿色评价的指标体系,采用赋分权重法计算了各层次指标得分及综合得分。评价结果表明:免胶带包装箱和薄膜类包装袋的综合得分为82.51和72.79,绿色等级均为Ⅱ级(即处于中上水平)。资源属性和能源属性指标得分偏低表明,在生产过程中采用清洁能源及提高水重复利用率是快递包装绿色化推行的薄弱环节及重要问题。

Package for express played an important role in express delivery and E-business.The topicalexpress package such as packaging boxes and bags were chosen as the target,and the green assessment of the packages was studied.An analytic hierarchy process method was employed for establishing the index system.Point-weight method was utilized for calculating the comprehensive points of green assessment.The results showed that the comprehensive points of green assessment for boxes and bags were 82.51 and 72.79,respectively.The green degrees were both at II grade,which were above the middle level.The little points of resources and energy properties indicated clean energy and water recovery were the key factors for green development of topical express package.
