High-Quality Development and Countermeasures of Bamboo Industry in China

指出了进入新世纪后,面对经济全球化竞争日趋激烈和世界高科技发展与时俱进,面对我国森林资源紧缺及其产业发展困境,如何抓住机遇应对挑战,促成我国竹产业由资源经济转向科技经济,由传统产业转向现代工业,由产量大国向质量强国转变,践行“绿水青山”向“金山银山”双向转换,促进南方林区农民脱贫增收,打造成现代农业主导产业,将关乎未来发展。剖析了我国竹产业现状和存在的问题,提出了加大优质竹资源培育、强化政策引导扶持与资金投入、激励企业科技创新与研发、做大做强竹产业集群、开拓国内外市场等建议,以及加快推进我国竹产业高质量发展的对策。

After entering the new century,our country faces the increasingly fierce competition of economic globalization and the development of high-tech in the world.It also faces the shortage of forest resources and the predicament of industrial development in China.How to seize opportunities and meet challenges the transformation of bamboo industry from resource economy to science and technology economy,from traditional industry to modern industry and from large output country to high quality country is a greatchallenge for China?The transformation of the country,the two-way transformation from“green water and green hills”to“Jinshan and Yinshan”,the promotion of poverty alleviation and income increase of farmers in southern forest areas,and the building of modern agricultural leading industries will be related to their future development.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of bamboo industry in China,some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the cultivation of high-quality bamboo resources,strengthening policy guidance,support and capital investment,stimulating enterprise’s scientific and technological innovation and R&D,expanding and strengthening the bamboo industry cluster,opening up domestic and foreign markets,etc.The countermeasures for accelerating the high-quality development of bamboo industry in China are expounded.
