社会组织的竞争与合作——以孤独症领域社会组织为例

Competition and Cooperation of Social Organizations:a Case Study of Autism Support Nonprofit Organizations

以孤独症领域社会组织为例,通过问卷调查、访谈等实证方法,系统分析了我国社会组织的竞争与合作现状。调研发现,我国孤独症领域社会组织之间的竞争程度居于中等偏上水平,且以有序竞争为主流。尽管合作是方向,但目前我国社会组织之间的合作程度相对偏低,且以知识交流与分享为主,实质性的项目合作较少,合作对机构发展信心、提升专业技能有帮助,但对机构规模的扩大影响较小,尚难以形成集合影响力。未来在发挥政府规制作用的同时,还需要进一步发挥行业协会在规范社会组织竞争行为、开展深度合作中的作用。

Taking autism support nonprofit organizations as cases,this paper systematically analyzes the present situation of competition and cooperation among nonprofit organizations in China through questionnaire survey,interview and other empirical methods for the first time. According to the research,the competition among autism support nonprofit organizations in China is above the average level,and orderly competition is the mainstream. Although cooperation is the future direction,the degree of cooperation between nonprofit organizations in our country is relatively low at present,and is in the main style of knowledge sharing and exchange.There are few substantive project cooperation. Cooperation is helpful for organizations to develop confidence and improve professional skills,but has little influence on helping scale impacts and can hardly form collective impacts. In the future,while playing the role of government regulation,it is also necessary to further play the role of industry associations in regulating the competition behavior of nonprofit organizations and carrying out in-depth cooperation.
