社区基金会本土化困境研究——基于上海的实践

Localization Dilemma Research of Community Foundation:based on the Practice of Shanghai

在国内行政力量驱动下,大量社区基金会作为社会基层治理的革新力量而在国内落地开花,但由于诞生逻辑和社会土壤、国情背景的不同,我国社区基金会以行政化力量驱动的发展路径很大程度上异于其始源地--美国,因此在本土化过程中不可避免地面临着一些发展困境。该文通过对社区基金会的调研,基于上海的实践,分析社区基金会在运作决策、资源整合、人员培养等方面的困难,并尝试提出相关建议和对策。

Community foundation is the innovative power of social grass-roots governance. Driven by the leadership of the United States and the domestic administrative power,community foundations have come into being in China. However,due to different national conditions,backgrounds and birth logic,the development paths of community foundations in China are largely different from those in the United States,and they are inevitably going through a difficult localization process. To promote the development of community foundation,it is necessary to understand its localization dilemma. This paper analyzes the dilemma faced by various community foundations in Shanghai through the investigation,combined with questionnaire and interview data,and gives reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.
