双镜联合微创术治疗结直肠肿瘤56例疗效观察

Minimally Invasive Surgery Under Both Laparoscope and Coloscope in the Treatment of 56 Cases with Colorectal Tumour:Effect Observation

为探究结直肠良恶性肿瘤实施腹腔镜和结肠镜双镜联合微创术的治疗效果,将本院收治的111例结直肠良恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组56例实施腹腔镜和结肠镜双镜联合微创术治疗,对照组55例实施传统开腹手术治疗。观察2组围手术期各项指标、术后并发症以及随访情况。结果显示,观察组围手术期各项指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组发生切口感染1例、吻合口出血1例,术后并发症发生率为3.6%;对照组发生切口感染2例、吻合口出血3例、吻合口漏1例、泌尿系统感染2例,术后并发症发生率为14.5%;2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);随访1~2年,无1例复发和死亡。结果表明,腹腔镜和结肠镜双镜联合微创术治疗结直肠肿瘤,临床疗效显著优于传统开腹手术,术中出血量少、手术时间及住院时间等指标均显著降低,值得推广应用。

This study was to investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery(MIS)under both laparoscope and coloscope in the treatment of colorectal benign and malignant tumour(CBMT),divided 111 cases with CBMT to be subject to surgery in author’s hospital into observation group(56 cases,received MIS under both)and control group(55 cases,routine open surgery);then observed and compared both groups’ every norm at perioperation,postoperative complication,and follow-up outcome.As results,in the every norm at perioperation observation group was all significantly superior to control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);in complication,observation’s incidence was 3.6%(one cases was of incision infection,one case of stoma bleeding),meanwhile control group’s one was 14.5%(incision infection in 2 cases,stoma bleeding in 3 cases,stoma leakage in 1 case and urinary system in 2 cases),thus there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05);follow-up outcomes of 1-2 years did not find any recurrence and death cases.Results show that MIS under both combination for CBMT has significant effect than routine open surgery,with less intraoperative bleeding volume,more shorter operative time and hospitalization time.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
