中药熏蒸坐浴治疗Ⅰ期肛裂100例疗效观察

Chinese Medicine Fuming Sitz Bath in the Treatment ofⅠ Stage of Anal Fissure:Effect Observation on 100 Cases

为观察中药液熏蒸坐浴治疗Ⅰ期肛裂的临床效果,将200例Ⅰ期肛裂患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予中药液熏洗坐浴,对照组采用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。对比2组中医证候积分变化和疗效。结果显示,2组治疗后中医证候积分均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组积分降低更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,对Ⅰ期肛裂患者给予中药液熏洗坐浴能明显减轻症状,提高临床疗效,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine(CM)fuming sitz bath in the treatment ofⅠstage anal fissure(AF),randomly divided 200 cases of this AF into observation group(100 cases,given CM fuming sitz bath)and control group(100 cases,PP solution for sitz bath);then compared both group’s effect and the score on CM syndromes.As results,after treatment both groups score on CM sydromes was all lower than before treatment(P <0.05),but in observation group score declined was more significant than in control group,there was statistical difference(P <0.05);Also,total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Results show that forⅠstage of AF CM fuming sitz bath can significantly reduce symptoms,enhance effect,with simpler manipulation.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
