冷沉淀对促进肛周疾病术后创面愈合的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Cryoprecipitation Promoting Postoperative Wound-surface Healing of Perianal Disease Patients

为探讨冷沉淀对促进肛周疾病术后创面愈合的临床疗效,将90例肛周疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组45例术后创面涂抹常规药物,观察组45例在对照组换药基础上创面涂抹冷沉淀液,对比2组术后创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组患者术后创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明,肛周疾病术后创面涂抹冷沉淀液,可明显加快术后创面愈合,疗效显著,且操作简单,值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore the clinical efficacy of cryoprecipitation promoting postoperative wound-surface healing of perianal disease patients author randomly divided 90 cases into control group(45 cases,postoperative paining routine drugs on wound-surface)and observation group(45 cases,also added cryoprecipitation on wound-surface);then compared both group’s healing time.As results,the latter was significantly shorter than the former in healing time(P <0.05).Results show that cryoprecipitation can significantly accelerate healing and its efficacy is great,with simple manipulation.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
