细节护理在手术室护理安全中的应用效果观察

Efficacy Observation of Detail Nursing Applied in Operating-room Safe Nursing

为探讨细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果,将100例肛肠病手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规专科护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用细节化护理。比较2组护理质量与手术室护理安全质量评分、护理满意度、护理风险发生情况。结果显示,观察组护理质量、安全质量评分与护理满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05);护理风险发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,手术室护理安全管理中采用细节护理能够提高护理质量及安全质量评分,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of detail nursing applied in operating-room safe nursing,randomly divided 100 cases undergoing colorectal disease surgery into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,routine nursing plus detail one);then compared both groups’ the score on nursing quaplity,on operating-room security quality,satisfactory degree on nursing and nursing risk happen status.As results,in the former 3 items observation group was all higher,only the forth item lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that detail nursing applied in operating-room safe nursing can enhance nursing quality and security quality,reduce complication incidence,uplift satisfactory degree to nursing.
