平衡罐辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of balanced cupping for adjuvantly treating lumbar disc herniation in acute episode

目的观察平衡罐辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症急性发作患者94例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。对照组按常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用平衡罐治疗。比较两组患者治疗3周后临床疗效,以及两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、腰部Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(RDQ)评分、腰椎活动度。结果治疗后,两组VAS、RDQ评分均低于治疗前,并且治疗组VAS、RDQ评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组的腰部前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均大于治疗前,并且治疗组前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均大于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡罐辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性发作可有效缓解患者腰部疼痛,改善腰椎活动功能,并提高疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of balanced cupping for adjuvantly treating lumbar disc herniation in acute episode.Methods A total of 94 patients with acute episode of lumbar disc herniation were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with balanced cupping on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy after 3 weeks of treatment,the scores of pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),lumbar Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RDQ) scores and lumbar motion ranges before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of VAS and RDQ in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of VAS and RDQ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);meanwhile,the motion ranges of lumbar anteflexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in both groups were larger than those before treatment,and the motion ranges of anteflexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in the treatment group were larger than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The balanced cupping for adjuvantly treating acute episode of lumbar disc herniation can effectively alleviate patients′ lumbar pain,and improve lumbar motion function and efficacy.
