摘要
研究了化学分析与红外光谱法联用测试玻纤用PP蜡乳液马来酸酐接枝率的方法。通过化学分析方法测定PP蜡乳液的马来酸酐接枝率,同时又采用红外光谱法分析马来酸酐接枝指数,最后得到马来酸酐接枝指数-马来酸酐接枝率标准曲线。此标准曲线可用于测定未知的玻纤用PP蜡乳液的马来酸酐接枝率,继而为PP蜡乳液性能检测和应用研究提供数据支持。相较于化学分析方法,该方法操作简单、快捷且环保。
In this paper,chemical analysis combined with infrared spectroscopy for determining maleic anhydride grafting ratio of PP wax emulsion used for glass fiber was investigated.The maleic anhydride grafting ratio of PP wax emulsion was determined by chemical analysis,while the maleic anhydride grafting index of PP wax emulsion was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The relation of the maleic anhydride grafting index and the maleic anhydride grafting ratio was given by a standard curve,which can be used to determine the unknown maleic anhydride grafting ratio of PP wax emulsion for glass fiber,and can provide supporting data for the performance testing and application research.Compared with conventional chemical analysis methods,this method is simple,fast and environmentally friendly.
