利用烟草配套设施发展红托竹荪产业SWOT分析——以贵州省桐梓县为例

Development of Dictyophora rubrovolvata Industry with Tobacco Supporting Facilities Based on SWOT Analysis:A Case Study of Tongzi County in Guizhou Province

本研究在充分调研的基础上,论证利用烟草配套基础设施发展竹荪产业的可行性,运用SWOT分析法,列举出遵义市桐梓县利用烟草配套设施发展红托竹荪产业的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并建立了相应的SWOT战略矩阵,明确了发展路径。结果表明,气候条件优越、自然资源丰富、基础设施完善、客源较多、交通便利、市场广阔、政策保障是桐梓县利用烟草配套设施发展红托竹荪产业的优势和机会;种植成本较高、无相应组织模式、缺乏专业技术人员、存在较强竞争、环境威胁是桐梓县利用烟草配套设施发展红托竹荪产业的劣势和威胁。根据桐梓县利用烟草基础设施发展红托竹荪产业SWOT矩阵的发展战略,提出了统一组织模式、建好示范基地、加强技术培训、抓好品牌创建等4条建议对策。

Based on the researth, the tobacco supporting facilities to develop Dictyophora rubrovolvata industry was defined. Using SWOT analysis method, this paper listed the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of using tobacco supporting facilities to develop Dictyophora rubrovolvata industry in Tongzi County, and established the corresponding SWOT strategy matrix, and defined the development path. The advantages and opportunities for Tongzi County to use tobacco supporting facilities to develop its industry were superior climate conditions, abundant natural resources, perfect infrastructure, more tourists, convenient transportation, broad market and policy guarantee. The development of tobacco supporting facilities in Tongzi County was characterized by high planting cost, lack of corresponding organizational model, lack of professional and technical personnel, strong competition and environmental threats. The disadvantage and threat of Dictyophora rubrovolvata industry. According to the development strategy of using tobacco infrastructure to develop SWOT matrix of Dictyophora rubrovolvata industry in Tongzi County, four suggestions were put forward, including unified organizational model, building training base, strengthening technical training and building brand.
