绥化市土地集约利用与生态环境协调发展时空分析 被引量:4

Spatial and temporal analysis of coordinated development between intensive land use and ecological environment in Suihua city

摘要 构建绥化市土地集约利用与生态环境协调发展指标体系,利用熵值法确定各指标权重,运用静态协调度和协调发展水平模型,对2008—2017年绥化市土地集约利用与生态环境协调发展情况进行时空分析。结果表明:1)从时间上看,2008—2017年绥化市土地利用指数呈逐年上升状态,生态环境指数呈波动式上升,协调度处于中级或高级协调,协调发展度经历“勉强协调-初级协调-中级协调-高级协调”的过程,总体处于协调状态,但协调程度不高;2)从空间上看,2008和2017年绥化市各县市土地利用和生态环境指数均存在地域差异,协调度地域差异较小,协调发展度存在明显的地域差异,望奎县由勉强协调发展向中级协调发展转变,绥棱县由勉强协调发展向初级协调发展转变,其他县市均保持原有发展状态;绥化市今后要改变土地利用方式,提高土地利用效益,加强城市生态环境建设和环境污染治理。 The index system of coordinated development between land intensive use and ecological environment in Suihua city was constructed,the weight of each index was determined by entropy method,and the coordinated development between land intensive use and ecological environment from 2008 to 2017 was analyzed spatially and spatially by using static coordination degree and coordinated development level model.Results showed that:1)Temporally,the Suihua index of land use from 2008 to 2017 is increasing year by year,the ecological environment index increased in a fluctuant way,and in the intermediate or advanced coordination coordination degree,coor dination development degree of experience"primary,intermediate and advanced coordination",the process of overall in the coordination state,but do not have a high level of coordination;2)spatialy,2008 and 2017,Suihua counties regional differences of land use and ecological environment index,the coordination degree of the regional difference is small,the coordinated development degree of obvious regional differences,Wangkui by coordinated development to intermediate coordinated development,barely Suiling county from the reluctant coordinated development to primary coordinated development,other counties and cities shall keep the original development status;Suihua city will change the way of land use,improve the efficiency of land use,strengthen the construction of ecological environment and environmental pollution control.
