GOE项目生料磨试生产中存在的问题及处理措施

摘要 GOE BENI SUEF 6×6000 t/d项目选用6台LM56.4型4辊立磨。试生产中,减速机垂直震动值过高,磨连锁跳停;三通阀转向外排金属严重滞后;风机轴承垂直震动值过高,导致系统连锁跳停。这些问题分别由以下原因造成:减速机垂直震动值中控显示与实际不符;压缩空气后劲不足导致三通阀转向外排金属严重滞后;系统风机轴承在单机试车的时候震动值就偏高。 The GOE BENI SUEF 6×6 000 t/d project uses six LM56.4 4-roller vertical mills.In the pilot production,the vertical vibration value of the reducer is too high,and the grinding chain jump and stop;the three-way valve is seriously delayed in steering the outer metal;and the vertical vibration value of the fan bearing is too high,which leads to the chain jump and stop of the system.These problems are caused by the following reasons:The central control display of vertical vibration value of reducer is not in accordance with the actual situation;the lack of compressed air stamina leads to the serious lag of the three-way valve steering external exhaust metal;the vibration value of the system fan bearing is higher when the single machine is tested.
