稳定期COPD患者血清IL-17变化与肺功能相关性研究

Study on the correlation between serum il-17 and lung function in stable COPD patients

目的探讨COPD稳定期患者外周血清IL-17水平及其与肺功能之间的关系。方法选取COPD稳定期患者32例,男25例,女7例;同期健康体检者30例,男22例,女8例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清IL-17,耶格肺功能仪测定肺功能,比较两组IL-17水平与FEV1预计值百分比(FEV1/pred)之间的关系。结果慢阻肺稳定期组血清IL-17浓度水平(58.68±13.26)ng/L明显高于对照组(23.42±8.57)ng/L,P<0.05;慢阻肺稳定期组患者血清IL-17浓度水平与FEV1%pred呈负相关,r值为-0.540,P值为0.001,差异有显著统计学意义。结论慢阻肺稳定期血清IL-17浓度水平较健康对照组显著升高,与肺功能FEV1%pred呈负相关性,与COPD气道受限严重程度成正相关。

Objective To explore the relationship between il-17 level and lung function in peripheral blood of patients with COPD at stable stage.Methods The present study involved 32 patients with stable COPD,include 25 males and 7 females;30 healthy persons from the hospital physical examination center,include 22 males and 8 females.The serum IL-17 levels was measured by ELISA method.The lung function was measured by the spirometer.Resluts Leve1s of serum IL-17 was(58.68±13.26)ng/L in Stable COPD group and(23.42±8.57)ng/L in control group(P<0.05),which showed statistically significant difference.The serum IL-17 levels and FEV1%pred in Stable COPD group was negative correlation obviously(r=-0.540,P=0.001).Conclusion The serum levels of IL-17 in Stable COPD were significantly higher than those in healthy control group,and negative correlation with FEV1%pred,which was positively correlated with the severity of COPD.
