On the Collection,Arrangement and Realistic Value of Local Literature

[目的/意义]地方文献在记载地方历史沿革、揭示城市发展轨迹、服务城市建设、研究区域文化、加强城市记忆、传承精神文明等方面有着重要的作用,加强地方文献的收集、整理,研究其当今社会中的现实价值,发挥其特殊的功能是非常必要的。[方法/过程]从强化地方文献的收集力度、提高地方文献的加工整理精度、把握好地方文献的使用尺度三个方面,结合地方文献工作实践,陈述个人的看法和建议。[结果/结论 ]强化地方文献的收集力度包括:重视地方文献在城市发展进程中不可替代的特殊作用,强化工作力度;重新认识和定位地方文献收集的重要性;拓宽地方文献收集的广度;强化网络地方文献资源的下载;拓展地方文献收集的深度。提高地方文献的加工整理精度包括统一加工规范;提升加工精度;加工深度有浅有深;整理要形成特色;整理时先易后难,循序渐进。把握好地方文献的使用尺度指的是地方文献工作者应在对地方文献大力挖掘、系统整理的基础上,为传承优秀的精神文明服务、为延续地方文化的文脉服务、为加强地方发展史的研究服务、为深化重大的课题研究服务,使得地方文献服务社会的价值得到最大程度的彰显。

[Purpose/significance] Local literature plays an important role in recording local historical evolution, revealing the track of urban development, serving urban construction, studying regional culture, strengthening urban memory, inheriting spiritual civilization. It is necessary to strengthen the collection and collation of local documents, study the real value of today’s society, and exert its special functions. [Method/process] This paper states personal views and suggestions from three aspects: strengthening the collection of local literature, improving the processing and collating accuracy of local literature, and how to grasp the scale of use of local literature under the new situation, combining with the practice of local literature work. [Result/conclusion] Strengthening the collection of local literature includes: attaching importance to the irreplaceable special role of local literature in the process of urban development and strengthening the work;re-recognizing and positioning the importance of local literature collection;broadening the scope of local literature collection;strengthening the downloading of local literature resources on the Internet;and expanding the depth of local literature collection. Improving the processing and finishing accuracy of local documents includes unifying the processing criteria, improving the processing accuracy, shallow and deep processing depth, forming characteristics, and sorting out the easy before the hard, step by step. Grasping the use scale of local literature means that local literature workers should serve the inheritance of excellent spiritual civilization, serve the continuity of local culture, and strengthen the history of local development on the basis of vigorously excavating and systematically arranging local literature. The research services and research services for deepening major issues have made the value of the local document service society to the greatest extent.
