烟气酸露点温度计算方法研究现状及进展 被引量:14

摘要 从国内烟气酸露点确定方法研究的历史回顾着眼,就国内酸露点计算方法研究现状、进展和存在的不足进行述评,对国内外在酸露点领域新近进展情况进行了综述,指出国内在原烟气酸露点计算公式结构优化,燃煤烟气酸露点随烟温同步降低估算方法,以及湿法脱硫净烟气酸露点估算方法等应用研究上已经达到实用化水平。在工程应用中,应首选煤质基准酸露点公式,并按煤质条件计算标准值及上、下限值;当有实测烟气资料时,首选烟气成分基准酸露点计算公式;对原烟气、脱硝烟气、降温烟气及湿法脱硫净烟气分别选用不同的酸露点计算公式。同时,建议对烟气酸露点课题的研究应推陈出新,应重视数据库建设,加大测试技术的研究力度,进一步提升酸露点计算方法研究水平。 Starting from the historical review of the research on determination methods of acid dew point of flue gas in China,this paper reviews the research status,progress and shortcomings of the calculation methods of acid dew point of flue gas in domestic,and summarizes the recent progress in the field of acid dew point at home and abroad.It points out that,the domestic application researches on the following aspects,such as the structural optimization of calculation formula of acid dew point of flue gas,the estimation method for simultaneous decline of acid dew point of the coal combustion flue gas with the flue gas temperature,and the estimation method for wet desulphurization net flue gas acid dew point,have reached the practical level.In engineering application,the basic acid dew point formula of coal quality should be preferred,and the standard value and the upper and lower limit values should be calculated according to coal quality conditions.When the measured flue gas data are available,the basic acid dew point formula of flue gas composition should be preferred.For raw flue gas,denitrification flue gas,cooling flue gas and wet desulfurization net flue gas,different calculation formulas for acid dew point should be selected.At the same time,it suggests that the research on acid dew point of flue gas should weed out the old and bring forth the new.Attention should be paid to the construction of database,the research of testing technology should be strengthened,and the research level of acid dew point calculation method should be further improved.
