摘要
建立了静电除尘器电晕电场、流场、颗粒荷电及运动场的二维数值模型,借助有限元软件Comsolmultiphysics进行了模拟计算,并基于MINITAB软件设计全因子实验,分析了放电极半径、阳极板间距、放电电极间距、电压和颗粒直径对静电除尘器性能的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与已公开的电晕电场和除尘效率实验结果吻合较好;对除尘效率、电晕电流、功率影响最大的3个因素均为电压V、阳极板间距W和两者的交互效应W×V;通过正态检验,去掉不显著因素,构建的反映静电除尘器性能评价指标的输出响应回归方程,可以预测静电除尘器除尘性能。该研究结果对设计高效节能的静电除尘器具有重要意义。
A two-dimensional numerical model of the electrostatic precipitator(ESP)is builtup,whichincludescorona electric field,flow field,particle charge and motion field.By adopting the finite element software Comsolmultiphysics,the numerical simulation is carried out.Moreover,on the basis of MINITAB software,full factorial experimentsare designed,and the effects of factors such as discharge electrode radius,anode plate spacing,discharge electrode spacing,voltage and particle diameter on performance ofthe electrostatic precipitatorare investigated.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results of the disclosed corona electric field and dust removal efficiency.The first three factors that have the greatest influence onthe dust removal efficiency,corona current andpowerare the voltage V,anode plate spacing W andtheirinteraction effect W×V.Through normalitytest,the insignificant factorsare removed,and an effective response factor regression equationreflecting the performance evaluation index of electrostatic precipitator isconstructed,which can predict the dust removal performance of electrostatic precipitator.The research results are of great significance for the design of energy efficient electrostatic precipitators.
