工科毕业生专业认同与跨学科深造情况的实证研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国经济迅速发展和产业结构不断转型升级,工程人才匮乏成为日益突出的问题,工科人才“逃离工科”也成为高等教育研究领域关注的热点。为深入分析这一情况,文章以A大学2014年本科毕业生样本为研究对象,通过问卷调查和统计分析发现,工科生的整体专业认同水平与其他学科学生相比较低;性别对工科生的专业认同水平有显著性影响;工科生的跨学科深造比例与其他学科相比较低。 With the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in our country,the lack of engineering personnel becomes an increasingly prominent problem.Engineering personnel escapes from engineering has also become a hot spot of higher education research.In order to analyze this situation,the article investigates the undergraduates from A University in 2014.Through questionnaire and statistic analysis found that professional identity level of engineering students is low compare with others;gender has significant impact on engineering professional identity level;and the ratio of interdisciplinary further study of engineering students is low compared with others.
