摘要
文章介绍了北京大学物理学科基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划培养情况,分析了截止于2017年1月的2013—2016届基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划优秀毕业生的跟踪调查数据;基于调查中毕业生的基本情况、工作情况、生活情况、对学院的意见和建议等,通过文献分析、实践调查、交流研讨等,深入分析研究,为今后拔尖人才培养新理念的实施提供支持和服务。
Taking the graduates of Physics Top-notch Talent Plan in the School of Physics,Peking University during 2013 to 2016 as an example,this paper utilized E-mail,Internet,visits,seminars and other forms to do follow-up surveys on the graduates of Physics Top-notch Talent Plan.Based on the current situation,working and living conditions of graduates,as well as their observations and suggestions,we further analyze the inadequacies in talents training by going through literature,practical surveys,seminars and communications.We also explore new ideas and provide support and services for the coming Top-notch Talent Plan 2.0.
