摘要
教学能力是教师的核心素质,实践训练是教学能力生成和发展的重要途径。依据能力的构成要素和发展机制,文章分析了教师教学能力生成路径包括:学习基础的教学知识,学会基本的教学技能,掌握有效的教学策略,形成综合的教学能力。在此基础上,依托“本硕一体化”卓越化学教师培养课程群进行整体规划,基于教学能力发展路径设计实践训练模块,考虑教学能力发展进阶分层次设计实践训练内容,构建了“四阶段八模块”师范生化学教学能力实践训练体系。
Teaching ability is the key competency of teachers,and practical training is an important way to cultivate and develop teaching ability.Based on the elements and mechanisms of the competency,the paths that generating teachers'teaching abilities were analyzed,which including learning basic pedagogical knowledge;learning basic instructing skills;mastering effective teaching strategies and forming comprehensive teaching ability.Hence we constructed the"four stages and eight modules"chemical teaching ability practice training system for prospective students based on following steps.Firstly,we made an overall plan based on training course clusters,which integrated the undergraduate and master and aimed at cultivating excellent chemistry teachers.Then,we designed practice training modules based on developmental paths of teaching ability.Furthermore,we devised the content of practice training hierarchically by considering the developmental progressions of students'teaching ability.
