A Comparative Analysis of the First Edition and the Companion Volume of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages : Learning, Teaching, Assessment

摘要 2001年欧洲语言年之际,欧洲理事会颁布了《欧洲语言共同参考框架》:学习、教学、评估。经过将近20年的应用实践,面对欧洲和世界形势发生的许多重大变化,欧洲理事会再次牵头,于2018年初推出《欧框增补版》。本文采用对比分析的方法,首先评述新《欧框》的三点重要补充修订及其意义,尔后简单梳理以法国为代表的欧洲学界的主要反应,以及该文献对我国外语教学和教育的影响与启示。 The Council of Europe published the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:Learning,Teachings Assessment in 2001 on the occasion of the European Year of Languages.After nearly 20 years of implementation,in light of the drastic changes in Europe and around the world,the Council of Europe once again took the lead and produced a companion volume of the Framework in early 2018.Based on a comparative approach,this paper first comments on the three key supplements/revisions and their implications,then it analyzes briefly the major reactions of the European French educational circle as represented by its French peers.Finally it discusses its implications and lessons for the cause of foreign language teaching in China.
