摘要
采用最新的水分散铝浆,以自制硅丙乳液为粘结剂,以高触变疏水改性碱溶胀增稠剂为主要原材料,制备了性能优异和靓丽的金属闪光漆,并配套灰色底漆,规避了薄喷时的轻微露底问题。该产品成功应用在建筑外墙上,展现了靓丽的金属闪光效果。
A waterborne metallic coating with good performance has been prepared using waterborne aluminum powder as filler,silicone modified acrylic emulsion as binder and hydrophobic modified alkali-swelling thickener TT-615 as the only thickener.It shows better decoration with gray primer.Moreover,it has been successfully applied in exterior walls and shows excellent appearance with metallic effect.
