摘要
以硝基树脂为主体树脂,选择合适的醇酸树脂、混合溶剂、增塑剂和抛射剂,试验测试性能以确定其最佳比例。研制出了高耐油、耐候性佳、漆膜板效平整光亮、物理性能优异的硝基喷漆。
A nitrate spraying paint has been prepared using nitrate resin as the main resin in addition to suitable alkyd resin,mixed solvent,plasticizer and aerosol propellant,etc.The formula is optimized by means of performance test.The prepared paint shows high oil resistance,good weather resistance,smooth and gloss film as well as excellent physical properties.
