摘要
目的:比较单用帕利哌酮治疗与帕利哌酮联合社会认知交互训练(social cognitive interaction training,SCIT)对患者社会认知功能的影响。方法:85例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组单用帕利哌酮治疗,研究组采用帕利哌酮联合社会认知交互训练治疗,于治疗前、治疗后24周末采用精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识版(matrics consensus cognitive battery,MCCB)、个人和社会功能量表(personal and social performance scales,PSP)评定患者的认知功能和社会功能。结果:治疗前后两组在MCCB和PSP评分上比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后研究组认知功能7个维度中有2个维度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社会认知交互训练可以改善患者的认知功能和社会功能。
Objective:To compare the effects of paliperidone alone and paliperidone combined with social cognitive interaction training(SCIT)on social cognitive function of patients.Methods:85 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group was treated with paliperidone alone.The research group was treated with paliperidone combined with social cognitive interaction training.Matrics consensus cognitive battery(MCCB)and personal and social performance scales(PSP)were assessed at the baseline and 24 weeks after treatment.Results:There were significant differences in MCCB and PSP scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Two of the seven dimensions of cognitive function in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Social cognitive interaction training can improve patients’cognitive and social functions.
