摘要
磁流变弹性体(MRE)是一种具有优异磁控特性的粘弹性材料,在智能减振、传感器、电磁吸波等领域具有重要的应用价值。为了提高天然橡胶基MRE的力学强度和磁致特性,通过掺杂碳纳米管对其进行补强。并对制备的MRE样品进行了静、动态力学特性测试,研究了不同含量碳纳米管对天然橡胶基MRE的力学强度、磁控特性和阻尼特性的影响。测试结果显示,少量的碳纳米管能够提升MRE的磁致特性,同时提高其拉伸强度。该研究制备的高性能MRE不仅能很好地应用于智能减振器件中,还可以为高性能MRE的研制方法提供借鉴。
Magnetorheological elastomer(MRE)was a kind of viscoelastic material with excellent magnetic properties,which has great application prospect in the fields of intelligent vibration reduction,sensor and electromagnetic wave absorbing,etc.In order to improve the mechanical strength and magnetic-control properties of the MRE based on natural rubber,the MRE was reinforced by doping carbon nanotubes.The static and dynamic mechanical properties of the prepared MRE samples were tested,and the effects of carbon nanotube content on the mechanical strength,magnetic-control properties and damping properties were studied.The test results shown that the carbon nanotubes with appropriate content can enhance the magnetic-control properties and tensile strength of MRE.The high performance MRE prepared not only can be applied to intelligent shock absorber,but also can provide reference for the development method of high performance MRE.
