摘要
采用一种化学蒙砂方法改变玻璃表面的形貌,制得智能玻璃黑板,以达到防眩光、可书写以及高清晰光电显示的效果。探究了蒙砂液中各物质的优化配合比、蒙砂液温度、蒙砂时间、蒙砂液pH对智能玻璃黑板的粗糙度、光泽度以及透过率的影响,在硫酸铵、氟化钾、氟化钠、水、草酸的质量分数用量分别为1.9%、4.2%、8.0%、9.8%、8.7%,蒙砂液温度为25℃,蒙砂时间为125s,蒙砂液pH=2.5的玻璃蒙砂最佳工艺条件下,制得的智能玻璃黑板的粗糙度为0.43μm,光泽度为43.9%,为智慧教室、智能教学的发展提供了新思路。
Through a chemical blasting method to change the surface of the glass surface in order to achieve anti-glare,can be written and had high-definition photoelectric display effect.The effects of time,temperature and pH on the roughness,gloss and transmittance of glass were studied by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the parameters were adding 1.9%(NH4)2SO4,4.2%KF,8.0%NaF,9.8%H2O and 8.7%H2C2O4.and The optimum reaction of temperature was 25℃,time was 125s,pH was 2.5.The optimal index of blackboard as follows:roughness was 0.43μm and glossiness was 43.9%.It provided a new idea for the development of intelligent classroom and intelligent teaching.
