Rural Revitalization and New Issues of Anthropology Research in China

乡村是孕育中国人类学成长的土壤,乡村社会发展变迁历来都为人类学独特且重要的研究领域。时下,乡村振兴的浪潮给乡村带来前所未有的发展机遇和挑战,因之人类学应对乡村的价值与功能、产业与城乡双融合发展、农民组织化与乡村治理体系现代化建设、乡村生态文明建设与人居生活环境改善以及乡村传统文化资源传承与创新等相关议题进行全面而深入的研究,既要做扎实的田野调查,更要从中提炼出适用于中国社会发展的理论与概念,并在实践上为乡村振兴做出学科贡献。

Rural area is the soil for the growth of anthropology in China. The development and evolution of rural society has always been a unique and important research field of anthropology. Nowadays, the trend of rural revitalization brings unprecedented development opportunities and challenges to rural areas. Therefore, anthropology should carry out comprehensive and in-depth researches on issues related to the value and function of rural societies, the dual integration and development of industry and urban and rural societies, the peasant organization and the modernization of the rural governance system, the construction of rural ecological civilization and the improvement of living environment, and the inheritance and innovation of traditional cultural resources in rural areas. It is necessary to conduct solid field investigations, extract theories and concepts applicable to Chinese social development, and make contribution to rural revitalization in practice through disciplinary research.
